TERMS & CONDITIONS EST. 2018

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in services with AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY. By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Student /Teacher Relationship:
a. The services provided by AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & RSM are intended to assist you in personal and Spiritual growth, development, and achieving your goals. The Student/ Teacher relationship is strictly professional and does not constitute a legal, financial, or therapeutic relationship.
b. Confidentiality is of utmost importance. All information disclosed during the School Year sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law or when there is a potential risk to yourself or others.
2. Eligibility:
a. To engage with AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY and our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
b. You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your goals to the best of your knowledge.
3. Services:
a. AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY will provide Teaching services through in-person sessions or other agreed-upon communication methods.
b. The frequency, duration, and format of sessions will be determined based on mutual agreement between you and your school staff.
c. AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY will provide guidance, support, and strategies to help you achieve your goals. However, results are not guaranteed, as success depends on your commitment, effort, and individual walk with Christ.
4. Fees and Payments:
a. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for 1 YEAR of School services as stated in the fee schedule provided by AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY . Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until payment is received.
c. All fees and payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Termination & Fines:
AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you engage in any behavior that is illegal, threatening, disrespectful, or harmful to yourself or others.
a) when a student fails to communicate, shows non-compliance to school rules and regulations by not attending class shall be immediately expelled and Fined the remaining balance due.
6. Limitation of Liability:
a. AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Biblical services provided.
b. You acknowledge that the Biblical services are not a substitute for
Personal Biblical Studies, or the Full Direct Guidance of the Holy Spirit and that you assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions in this matter towards AWI BIBLE INSTITUTE & REVIVAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Oregon, Washington & California, without regard to their conflict of law principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to court hearings on the dates agreed upon by both parties.
