Terms and Conditions: Quality Counseling and Life Coaching

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in services with AGAPE PROGRAM . By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Client-Counselor/Coach Relationship:

   a. The services provided by AGAPE PROGRAM  are intended to assist you in personal and professional growth, development, and achieving your goals. The client-counselor/coach relationship is strictly professional and does not constitute a legal, financial, or therapeutic relationship.

   b. Confidentiality is of utmost importance. All information disclosed during counseling or coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law or when there is a potential risk to yourself or others.

 

2. Eligibility:

   a. To engage with AGAPE PROGRAM and our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

   b. You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your goals to the best of your knowledge.

 

3. Services:

   a. AGAPE PROGRAM will provide counseling services through in-person sessions, phone calls / texts or other agreed-upon communication methods.

   b. The frequency, duration, and format of sessions will be determined based on mutual agreement between you and your assigned counselor/coach.

   c. The counselor/coach will provide guidance, support, and strategies to help you achieve your goals. However, results are not guaranteed, as success depends on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   a. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed session.

   b. In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Termination:

   a. Either party may terminate the counseling or coaching relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

   b. The AGAPE PROGRAM  reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you engage in any behavior that is illegal, threatening, disrespectful, or harmful to yourself or others.

 

6. Limitation of Liability:

   a. AGAPE PROGRAM  and its counselors/coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the counseling or coaching services.

   b. You acknowledge that counseling and coaching services are not a substitute for

professional diagnosis, or treatment from a Medical Doctor and that you assume full

responsibility for your decisions and actions in this matter towards LACCC OR AGAPE PROGRAM.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Oregon, California  and Washington, without regard to their conflict of law principles.

   b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to court hearings on the dates agreed upon by both parties.
