Bishop Williams serves as the Presiding Bishop and Founder of Mission Field NW Church, passionately leading his congregation to experience the power of God's love and grace. With his unique approach to preaching the gospel, he has a reputation for drawing people closer to the heart of God and creating authentic relationships with his congregation beyond the church walls.

Bishop Williams also uses his talents and expertise as a Lead Life Coach and CEO of Quality Counseling & Life Coaching LLC, offering Christian-based counseling and life coaching services. His counseling services aim to help individuals thrive by providing support to overcome various obstacles in life.

As an accomplished educator, author, and theologian with a Doctorate in Theology , Bishop Williams brings unparalleled knowledge, skills, and experience to his various roles as a community leader, prophet, and teacher. He teaches with emphasis on the importance of intercession and has inspired many to develop a deeper prayer life.

With a heart full of zeal for God, Bishop Williams remains focused on serving The Kingdom, impacting lives and leaving an indelible mark on those who come in contact with him and this ministry. With a heart for spiritual growth and leadership, Kithy has made it his mission to equip pastors and leaders from nations across Africa, helping them to develop the skills and spiritual maturity needed to build strong and thriving communities of faith. Kithy is a spiritual son of Bishop Jermaine, and he benefits from the prayer covering of Mission Field NW Church. With his unwavering dedication to Christ and his commitment to building a strong, Christ-centered community across Africa, Kithy is a true inspiration to all who seek to follow our Lord and Savior.
